I was in TOM#, this has the same feel as that starting at this level but this has more upside potential and $ volume. CODX went from a $10 million market cap to over $300 million on their announcement of test kits. DECN is going to see their market cap take off as well.

Over $4 million in $ volume today and some monster buys over $0.10, wasn't Ihub money, almost like someone knows what's coming, getting in before the announcements.
