Hi Buddy! Glad you are putting the tool to good use. I've been sitting on cash and bonds in what seems like forever. Bought into the market on Tuesday, went back in for more today. With the NYA50R closing at 4.43% yesterday, I simply had no choice.

I'm doing quite well, thanks for asking. Hope you're doing the same.
