They don't look at it like that. They only investigate whether or not everything is in order, and that all rules/laws have been followed.
As long as they have been playing by the rules, they don't stop it.
They say on their website, that they "do not approve" submissions.

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
