Hey Jim. Were these land divies. You guys just don't get it. We are not looking for the value of the divy. We are looking to make shorty cover. Giving a stock divy in a shell does not make shorts cover. Giving a land divy that they cannot purchase to cover unless they want to pay +10x the value of the stock will.
