What if he created an Air Monitoring system specifically for detecting CoronaVirus in the air and report through T-Mobile to the AZURE cloud and notify officials immediately? Every city and town would create a humongous and immediate demand for this. These monitors would be on every street poll and every class room in every school in no time. When investors found this was on the market as a sub-penny stock it would quickly turn in to a multi dollar stock.
