OT sorta, on topic as far as your post.

Hopefully this won't get me into any big trouble, but some years ago the CEO of a then OTC BB called me and said he was going to put out news before market open, he didn't break any laws and tell me what it was....I said NOOOOOOO don't do that, put it out at noon Eastern, by then I've had breakfast, a few coffees and if it's good stuff I can maybe buy the sucker and start a momo run on news....he did, I did, it ran big time.
