Bingo! We're just supposed to forget about those 'minor' details. These are the details that keep me here long and strong through thick and thin. We've been through bumpy rides like this so many times before that I've grown somewhat numb to them. But My investment thesis remains the same. The entire fiasco was fraudulent at every turn. Gov got caught with their hands in the cookie jar. Hide the sausage is their mantra. Gov is on the WRONG side of this argument and the stakes couldn't be higher.

FHFA's unconstitutional structure and misrepresentation of the GSE's as conservator... as such all agreements have been challenged and any new one's acted upon will generate more suits.
