Tbh, the whole stock market is a scam. The idea is to try to make money from it by trading, holding and selling etc. Buying into a 0.000 stock is a risk like any other ticker, just less money for shares with a big reward of the possibility of the uptick....Custodian take over/ Reverse Merger/ Company News/ Becoming Current...it’s OTC anything can happen
