Spm...please allow me to rephrase..the two stocks I was in that filed ch.11 gave new shares to existing shareholders.. The existing shares as you mentioned were cancelled, but the company did 1-1 and also 2-1 with old company shares to new company shares...the rest you talked about, I cannot talk about, it was so long ago, i forgot all the details.
