No..BUT..the company can, in a few months, reward the existing shareholders with conversions of the old stock to the new stock..i was in a couple that did this.. Ch.11 does not always screw the shareholders, only the debt holders that have no way to recoup thier loss..but i think this has more short term downside or I would buy today..
