Why was no other country overwhelmed?

We call that statement "The Big Lie"

South Korea, Iran, Italy, Spain, France are all overwhelmed by this.

And you are a broken record - we were 100% prepared - preparing since December. But when the test kits you thought would work didnt - well that's a problem right.

So just accept that we were prepared but didnt not expect the first batch of test kits to be contaminated.
