It’s rare to find an OTC Pink company that goes to the extent of staying SEC current and Updated.
This means they can uplist to QB very easily.
But for uplisting to NASDAQ the requirement are different. They will need to hold over a dollar for a period of time. but the requirements are less strict for NYSE.
