What I don't understand is why CC keeps fighting this battle. They have already made a fortune naked shorting against those 67 million shares. Time for CC to go short some other company. Investor terrorists is an excellent description of CC. Don't many terrorists blow themselves up?? Hey maybe they are harboring Osama?
