OT Inx>I know what your saying about taxes/ins down here.My taxes went from $2100 to $3100 in 6yrs i'm here.But H-O ins is a killer.Some people are paying as much as $8k to $10K a year :((.I've been with the same ins co since I came down here,they have little exposure in sfla,so my h-o ins is cheap $2400.However no complaints from me,because the home I bought for $182k 6yrs ago is worth over $500k even in this crappy market lol.The screwed up thing is,if I moved to a home next door to me my taxes would go from $3100 to over $10k.Thats the floridiot gov't down here @ it finest? lol>>So next move for me will be to Jamacia to go RIP.Unless of course its terror time :((
