I agree with you! We can look at every economic situation as either a problem or an opportunity...that is why I shared that article. A few messages back, I also shared an opportunity of a very popular Apple App that is competing with Google, as it offers much better privacy and security as a browser from catching viruses and malware, etc...over 10 Million users and still under a buck! Anyway, that was good insight or DD you had in 08 for a company specializing in processing foreclosures.
