I wanted to share that I did, in fact just receive an IR response to my emails... not the most useful response, but it does confirm that he received my emails!
I had more or less just presented a case to him explaining that the RS is/ was a bad idea at this time... I didn't actually ask for any privileged information. Here's his reply:
"New on the reverse split will be made public to all shareholders at the same time via SEC filings and press releases.
