I'll bet money (if I had any left) that all that crap about the "Arabs" certing 50 mil shares (when the mixup occurred with the O/S and the NV SOS) wasn't true either, just a falsified statement to shore up the existence of Wessal and Al Muslmani buying 25% of the company.
