A deal was cut on 2/21 and finalized on 2/23 for Sunmed Advisors to purchase and take over the controlling shares of CTYX, effectively giving them the reins. You can see that the common denominator is Barry Ginsberg, a longtime friend, investor and director of CTYX.

As stated earlier, we have been seeking to sell the shell for some time and this deal just occurred. What happened in December and the fake PR had no significance here.

This is not complicated or dubious as others have alluded to here, just a fresh business deal. Full stop.
