I don’t see how that’s possible.

Right now with 2.3 million bid, and remaining fees a liabilities that will likely exceed that + remaining cash, I doubt shareholders will receive anything.

I’m holding however, to see if the delay can be approved. I think that plus the $35 million conveyance return are compelling.

Essentially I’m $50k in the hole, so wtf does another few K matter now.
