boarddork, in your view if what you are positing is accurate and the actual termination of the Bk cases on January 23, 2020 triggered anything for WMIH/COOP, then this would have been a Material Event which would have required an 8K filing from COOP and we did not see one.

On the other hand, I believe WMI Inc still exists and I believe we will see a private placement of newly issued WMI stock to investors who signed timely releases. There will be a book value assigned to the Safe Harbor cash pile and then any investor who does not meet a certain threshold will be purchased by WMI Inc or anyone who just wants to sell out period. Note, this private placement will not publicly trade.

I believe this WMI Corporate event may happen in your time frame but at the latest by the time Rosie closes out the WMILT which will be around September/October 2020 timeframe.
