The didn't. Mexus made that claim.
I don't have the expertise to interpret the drill results and won't make claims about it either way. But I do know Argonaut walked away from the project. I find it hard to believe they would do so if there were the bonanza grades Mexus claims it to be - even in a downward gold environment.
I'm not claiming it can or can't be profitable, but there is no way a JV walks away from a bonanza grade discovery (and on the off chance they do, there would be at least 2 or 3 others beating down the door to be Mexus next JV partner).
Let's quit trying to claim the Argo drill results are definitive proof that the property is able to sustain gold production at a profitable level.
