The footnote “18” near the $2.3 million figure referenced was for docket 233 which was the notice that was released announcing the successful bidder and backup bidder but did not specify the price. Is 2.3 million enough for the secured lenders? Maybe the secured lenders won’t agree to the sale if they are not going to get paid.
