A reasonable explanation as to why now is NASDAQ said no to the extension with 3 deficiencies.

So they bit the bullet now fixed the problem. I’m guessing eventually it will forward split back 10-1 but they didn’t have enough time to get above for long enough. I’d bet it’s why it dropped so much someone got wind and shorts pounced.
