NDT Fortress got rid of stagnated water (NSM ) as it had better days and did a little house cleaning so it looked more attractive to SoftBank and they just recently purchased some property in downtown ny.. as far as Ocwen goes It might be a little to costly as COOP seems to be trying to pay down some debt ,but who knows ,not I
