That's a big statement to make as "fact". They have never taken toxic debt before, and in order for dilution to occur they would first need to find investors, issue shares, which would then be on lock up for 6 months to a year, and then they would probably have some limitation on how much they can convert at a time. The probability of dilution for at least teh next year is very slim.
