Darn right! They are not honest... In fact, the LAST thing the Chi-Coms are, is honest. They love to steal technology, and ideas. If they can just get a direction on specific theories, they can, and often do: Run with theories, and reinvent. That would be the perfect reason for Joe or a GNBT team to go over there; as a ruse, and then not follow through as promised. Communist China has survived, and advanced this way for years. When dealing with the Chinese you have to give nothing and take everything, lest your technology becomes theirs!
