I for one do remember when ThyssenKrupp would have taken 'all' of NioCorp's niobium annual Production. But Mark had other plans—And similarly Traxys would have taken more than a 10% scandium offtake if they could. There seems to be a master plan at work...
We will soon all know where the breadcrumbs lead.
