There has been zero mention of a reverse from anyone associated with the company. I have mentioned it in the past as an option, with the understanding that as long as there is no dilution there is nothing wrong at all with a rs: it just raises the sp.

With recent developments, I'm not certain a rs will be needed to get to the nas. When one considers that they may be able to dramatically decrease the os by buying back shares, they may get there without it. When I first mentioned that, the OS was nearly 800M. Now it's much less, and still shrinking.

I have heard that the company is concerned about the number of shareholders will need to be increased to meet listing requirements.

I agree with Tiger that there's really no need to even mention it at this point in time, but rather focus on market cap, which is really what will determine whether or not a split is needed....
