Zeev: Go2jack in Yahoo RMBS board just posted an excellent analysis of future rev/enc/EPS for 04 and 05 under 2 scenarios (wining all the way or lost patent legitations). If RMBS would win in retrial based on the far more favorable Markman's ruling that the appeal court ruled, RMBS prices will be

$74 @ P/E 20;
$112 @ P/E 30;
$149 @ P/E 40;
$186 @ P/E 50.

I believe it is not out of whack to assign a P/E of 40 to RMBS based on its growth potential.
