PURA Announces New Acquisition Entering $1 Billion CBD Pet Products Market

DALLAS, Feb. 27, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Puration, Inc. (USOTC: PURA) today announced the acquisition of a CBD Infused Pet Products operation. PURA has acquired the CBD Infused Pet Products operation in exchange for a perpetual royalty payment to the seller and a commitment to fund the marketing launch of the CBD Infused Pet Product Line. The seller currently provides concierge pet services through an online portal and the CBD Infused Pet Product Line will bear the name of the portal. PURA will have access to the portal and the existing customer base in conjunction with the purchase agreement. The CBD pet products market is anticipated to reach $1.16 billion in the U.S. alone by 2022. PURA management plans to release more details on the CBD Infused Pet Product launch soon.
