I agree. Kim has a way of doing what magicians call "sleight of hand". You pay attention to the hand that is moving around (in order to distract people from looking at the other hand).

He has done this many times over the years. The latest was with the Army contract. KBLB was supposed to deliver 100 kilos of custom spidersilk to the Army (back in Aug 2018). But they never delivered anything. You would think that would be EXTREMELY important to investors. After all, the Army has been their ONLY customer in the history of the company. Yet not many investors ever seemed to complain about that. Why? Because Kim distracted them and started shouting about Vietnam with his "other hand". They "prepared" to ship the eggs to Vietnam (back in Oct 2018). They signed a pivotal agreement to import & raise silkworms in Vietnam (back in Nov 2018). They completed final facilities review in Vietnam for arrival of 1st batch of silkworms (back in Jan 2019). The eggs arrived in Vietnam (back in Jan 2019).

Meanwhile, very few ever really noticed that the Army deliverable never happened.

This will play out the same way.
