I don't believe I've ever seen the report. Nor any mention of who the geologist is who wrote it. What I have seen, however, when gold was surging was every scam gold ticker was touting ridiculous valuations with questionable terminology that left open the question of whether the gold was actually in the ground as provable reserves or probable.

It goes much further that that, of course. One should read this article for a better understanding of how someone can be taken in by something they don't understand clearly other than what they hear from people who want you to believe something that isn't true.
