It's amazing that Geert has been getting away with this scam for over twenty years, actually close to thirty years. I think Eyal Taylor has been with them since 1993. Even more amazing is that this company has--had, it's down 33% today--a market cap of around $500 million. How can so many institutions--CVM has over 30% institutional ownership--fall for this scam?

Even in the letter, Geert admits that the Phase III was started over nine years ago. You'd think some of those institutions might have noticed.
