What was the bad news from the CEO, fung derf?

If that very same letter was released BEFORE any decline, the letter would have been seen as a net positive. The letter did not cause the decline. The rapid sell off caused a panic based on an assumption--ASSUMPTION--that the price decline was because of a leaf of negative news.

The letter comes out and the editor of Seeking Alpha erroneously reports that the letter caused the decline.

And now the after hour trades show a rebound near $12--after the market has the time to digest the letter.

If the letter was negative--the price would not be rebounding.
