To some extent. The market thinks that the SC denial of Cert portends a similar result with the FTC. However, a positive FTC decision would likely drive the stock well above 50. The market understands, in my view, that the FTC could still go against RMBS and it is right because the case involves related, but also discrete, issues.

Wednesday is just the oral argument; the decision will not be out for weeks or possibly months.
