Thanks. The real NAV has swung wildly lately. Thought maybe you had a better way to determine it between Friday closings. In any event, CLM's premium has been trending downward for quite some time.
Equity CEFs tend to do poorly in bad times, often falling to deep discounts to NAV in protracted bear markets. I dabbled with CEFs a few times decades ago but I would only buy them at discounts of 15% or more.
