I posted that. Tim Currently owns 32% of the company and is CEO so controls 32% more. He has 64% voting rights (as shown in the voting numbers for the R/S).

The COMPANY, TW and a few officers own about 10 million shares. There are 17.5 outstanding. I would like to buy as many of those 7.5 while they are still worth pennies...

$2,000 is 1% of the company at todays PPS... gobble them up before a buyout or force a lock up of shares.

With conversions, i think the final O/S is going to be 22-25 million. So dont freak out when there is more dilution becuase it clearly shows more.


25 Million O/S and Selling the company for 50-100 million, is still 2-4$ PPS... Thats the new goal.

THIS IS WAY UNDERVALUED... Tim would not have R/S to just let it sit, something is going to change in the next couple months. It is my understanding fins are due by the end of the month and then the next set is in May (for March Q) and we can see their progress.
