OMG, we agree. Well, almost.......
As I posted earlier, no need to find treasure, just provide proof the device works if it's actually the companies IP.
For example, they could simply find a wreck or a cannon and show they survey data. Prove the specimen and information they submitted to the USPTO is actually true and actually exists.
As Kyle said, the site may not even contain treasure or the wreck. But you could still prove it works......somewhere.
They claimed in their submission to the USPTO that the device is faster and more accurate than anything on the market.
I say prove it.....somewhere, even if it's not Melbourne. I personally don't believe the site contains much, and if it did the state won't allow salvage. But they can still prove their tech somewhere. In fact it's pretty risky raising the bar as they having suggesting it will be proven on Melbourne.
The proof will be when a treasure PR comes out. Rest is just hot air.
