Ahhhhh....that explains it. No wonder they can't get any traction. So they're being investigated for avoiding reporting and putting out information? Wow....will they immediately get kicked off the exchange now? Sure doesn't bode well for someone who just bought out the company via merger. Thanks for the information. I should have stayed short. They'll kill this stock tomorrow based on this inquiry that just came out.
