Ah, so this is why everyone is pooping their pants today. IMO this isn't new information. Dilution always occurs with capital raises, and we need a ton of capital.

What's encouraging to me is that he says "I don't think there's really going to be that big of a windfall." Meaning he actually thinks there will be a windfall. If he thought we would end up with nothing, he'd have said that. Now we have to figure out what constitutes "big" in Calabria's mind.
