Lol if you contact the DEA or any federal agency they will tell you what the law is, which we know it is illegal. However all fed agency have been told not to pursue these cases since the states have made them legal. It’s a waiting period for the federal government to catch up. This is not to say that you can’t be arrested if you piss them off lol. But there answers will always be according to what the law says. I know this from personal experience. Always best to stay away from federal law enforcement and not ask silly questions that you already know the answer to.
