Part of an OTC business you mean. I truly thought we were past all of that with VRUS. Hopefully they pay them off and no shares are converted. I was hoping for offerings to much larger investors but oh well.

It is strange though you have to admit. They had said they were done with conversions....then bamm. 3 right in a row.
