Old news. And it can be assured there won't be any dilution of original shareholders because there WON'T BE any original shareholders remaining after the deal. No one brings along old shareholders. The buyer does not want old cheaper shareholders.

When the name is announced it should be checked if it's a brand new created shell less than six months. Red flag city.
