What I find interisting begins on page 13 - 17. These pages show the reasons stock and options were issued. It appears to me that there are many people being paid with stocks and options. How many of us would work for a year or more for just paper promises -- it seems that's what a lot of people are doing?

To me these people believe in the company and expect a nice return for their hard work.
