More like paint job. CFGN, the known diluter here was not even on ask today, only retail traders with weak size. Even CFGN does not want less than 3c now. Volume is $29k while it was $40k, $100k, $50k, $60k in last 4 days. Just lack of buyers. If bitcoin is above 10.5k on Tuesday this will gap open at 2c.

Regarding RS, this is a QB stock trading trading well above it's status requirement and share structure is healthy too.

So to answer this, no and NO.
