the info I got little while back was

Issued: 574,484
Outstanduing: 574,484

as far as float we a few of us have speculated in the past but not really sure but it is my understanding that half+1 of the o/s is held very dearly to keep the claim valid so that would leave 49% but doesn't take many like myself and most of that is sewn up!

BTW I'm in for the end game as I'm sure few others who have significant positions will hold on as well

I wont post his info on the forum but he's a pretty public guy so not hard to find the secretary of the company and the CEO old and grumpy but I have communicated with him as well recommend anyone and everyone to do their research
