What we acknowledge and are able to differentiate is that Lucent and Amazon (your examples) were real companies that had something to sell or market and do business with as opposed to RaySpoiltMyInvestment which, as far as anyone can show to this day, produced only a money-losing surf flick. They either recovered or moved on after the tech bubble burst because they had substantial assets.
RaySpoiltMyInvestment, on the other hand, seems to be a story stock. It sells hope and deeply-discounted wallpaper. All IMHO.
