I really don't think Fortress is going to forgive ANDR any debt, when they are holding all the cards... Why would they care, or feel any compassion for ANDR and its shareholders... a deal is a deal in that world. These companies are Vultures. In my opinion what is going to happen is that Fortress will offer Doug peanuts for full ownership of all of ANDR patents..... take it or leave it attitude... your going down anyhow..


What I would like to know, is if there is any case for a shareholder class action lawsuit against ANDR, The Board, Fortress, Softbank..?? They must have some kind of insurance to cover this.
