Thank you kindly for sharing with us. While I am not a huge fan of this complex financing exercise, I am relieved to hear that long term institutions represent a good portion of the investors. From my perspective, this suggest that RVNC is investing in their future and pushing forward as though they are going alone. To my way of thinking, they are less inclined now in looking for a complete buyout. Just my 2 cents FWIW.
