This is not correct. If you read the filings you will see that the 512,333,333 is already included in the 2,290,449,898. The 512,333,333 is also included in the 1,174,253,333 which also includes 580,000,000 shares for warrants that have not been exercised.

So, while the O/S may have gone up since July 31 (we will know soon), it is not for the reasons or in the amounts stated.
